chuchoryu other Mugen stuff in proggres

Before I knew he was well known as a scam artist. I commissioned work from his as well. He eventually just stopped responding.

Apparently he owes a lot of people work for money already paid.

Unsurprisingly, haven’t seen him here since I poked in to look for him.

Here is a delicate matter.

Although it seems to have been a private agreement between parties, @chuchoryu being an ADM of this site, perhaps other ADMs can chime in to agree on a solution that everyone is happy with.

Also admit that I am not fully aware of what really happened here, I have no intention of defending either side. But I have already read several claims and complaints about this.
I only hope that there are good intentions to resolve the conflict with maturity.

Roughly 3+ years ago I commissioned him a few sprite animations and after those, we made a deal on a commission for a full character designed for Mkp (mortal kombat project) he started the work but after a year just stopped showing anything new, despite a few times saying he promised to show stuff (comments like this are still on the videos he uploaded of the character, Nami.) the original conversation took place via notes on deviantart, but we’ve talked briefly on email, Facebook, YouTube, mugen archive, and he sent me the link to this place, but never replies back.

All the times he said he would show me new progress within X amount of days or weeks, he would end up going ghost instead, disappearing for months, and eventually return posting progress of entirely different characters, and never reply back to me, other than eventually saying he lost access temporarily or something. But then afterwards he still wouldn’t share anything new. This cycle repeated for 2 more years, and this past year he has barely responded to me at all, as you can see here, he’s just gone on ignoring me like I’m not even here.

My situation is legit the same my assumption tis that he cannot finish the characters because he legit can't all his chars are betas or half done and never finished but he could atleast present us the characters with what he has done and we could finish them elsewhere but instead he just goes ghost and doesn't supply anything at all

i m sorry i missed the whole thing, but this matter should be dealt behind closed doors. not sure if there was money exchanged or not. but if someone took the money should to do the work should finish the job. it is low to run off with the money. if they can t finish it for whatever the reason is, give the money back or hand over the work. so the other person can get it done else where. the party in this should talk to get this put to rest. admin, the artist and the persons. it s not a good thing when someone call out another online. but people buyer beware. know who your dealing with. hope you all can get something fixed here. as for the artist. do the right thing, give money back or hand the work over. make it right and pony up!

Just for future reference we both have attempted to do this behind close doors and he just ignored us so now he is being exposed in public. If the administration reach out to him I will gladly go back to a private discussion but since nobody has done a thing I will continue to call him out everytime he posts about new characters but can't respond to our allegations

i really understand friend, your upset. have you talked to admin, did they contact him, is there a better way of dealing with this. ghosting is not cool. own up. don t ghost. i understand. but not taking sides. surely this can be dealt with.
