She's pretty advanced, looks like a solid beta. Nice job. Something I noticed as @MDS_GEIST mention, I can still see the original volume of Felicia's original hair that doesn't match Cheetah's reduced mane. You would have to clean those sprites. Other than that it looks great.

Or maybe like this slashing back and forth in the comics it's said that she's ALMOST as fast as the Flash
