Problems with multiple images on FFC

Hey guys, i'm new to the stage (well not new, i'm the first one to release Marble Zone stage though), and i'm having a problems using Fighter Factory Classic. I want to input multiple images without animating, but whenever i try to duplicate the background stages, it messes the palettes up. How am i supposed to fix that without messing any palettes? I want to be more creative like the others. I need some help about multiple images to input.
