I'd like to post some updates regarding the roster. The RE chars from MUGEN have been completely updated, so right now I'm moving on to the custom brand new characters featured in this project. While it's true that some of them were revealed in previous posts those were very early betas so there's still a lot of pending work.
The characters displayed below are still just static sprites. No animation has been made yet since these characters are still subject to change. Any feedback in terms of palettes, design and proportions are highly welcome guys.
Nicholai and Helena are still missing since I can't define a good stance pose for them yet.
BACKGROUND ARTISTS REQUIRED!!
The Stages creation process is kinda tricky and requires adapting all the classic locations and environments into 2d side scrolling levels.
If you're a pixel artist interested in being part of the project feel free to contact through private message or using my networks on my signature.
Conditions: - You can recycle assets from other stages such as props and minor environmental items but the level design overall must be made by yourself. - Before doing any sprite work I highly suggest you to contact me to get the proper resources and feedback regarding the game needs. This is recommended to not waste all your precious time, guys. Some planning would be great first.
The best and most creative designs will be included in the game and you'll get credit as "Sprite Artist" and "Level Designer".

while those sprites look good, i wonder if it'd be better for you to use assorted mugen resident evil assets?
