I apologize in advance if this type of request shouldn't be made but I didn't see any rules against it anywhere. See I don't know if you can only request for something that already exists but isn't around anymore or if you can request for things to be created.

I am requesting artificial intelligence for SK'Yondaime Kazekage, If that's how it it works anyway.... If not the oh well.
