I seen Crosspots post on this earlier today and decided to try and do a Kraven,i really liked his base of sabretooth but not the hands so i used sabretooth,Acey's Haggar and Alex from streetfighter...

Interesting choice for Kingpin. Moleman, right? I believe it's Carmano who made him, whom also actually tried to make a concept for Kingpin back in the day lol.

you wouldnt have happened to switch saving him periodically between the PNG and BMP format would you?
if it were a quick switch for the sake of conversion you wouldnt have any problems but if you happen to edit the the character and save the edit as a BMP you could end up ruining the sprites
if more people get involved id offer my help but it has to be a team project where the load is carried out by multiple people
