the body and the mask are incredible!!!! but I change that lines in the T-shirt shoulders...looks weird I change more thick:

however, his right hand is in weird position. with this standing position, you shouldn't "flip" the left hand sprite to make the right hand.
I made a quick photoshop to show you what I'm talking about (I took the hand from Jmaxximus&ALEXZIQ's Bane, not fixing the palette, just a real quick photoshop)

I under stand but I can't use bane and it was a 3 min edit for a concept but any way good job on your edit and if anyone wants to help work on him let me know

I didn't mean that you should use Bane. I only used Bane to show what I described as weird position of right hand in your sprite.
Anyway, it's a good start
