2 Problems with my Mugen

Hello guys. I downloaded a new version (I think) of Mugen for my MVC, only that I have 2 problems. The first concerns the character selection cells because I see them all superimposed, the second problem concerns some chars because the selection image appears during the fight. Can you help me?
