so there is a char wip that will have a cut scene as part of an epic hyper. should the dimensions of the cut scene be 320x240?

A cut scene is just like a hyper background.  Wink
And 320x240 for its width & height is good enough. yes

Look at this MVC Nash by mouser hyper background image for a MUGEN example cyclops :

in case servimg not working for you...:

The width & height of this MVC Nash by mouser hyper background image are exactly 320x240 and it should good for all MUGEN1.0 characters that have localcoord = 320,240, and it does not matter at all in winmugen too. geek

P.S. for other MUGEN1.0 localcord setting (and/or MUGEN1.0 mugen.cfg different [Video] Width/Height setup), some special care might need to be taken but I am not sure how exactly..............
