just started creating baron zemo, among other projects might be a while getting this all together, but I have the plan for this to get done using Vega as a base (the Spanish ninja from SFA3) along with other bases too, but that's the main one, to get most of his basic movements made, spent about a week on this and a few other animations, hopefully can concentrate after march when I'm finished with my holiday in the Philippines cheers

Try shoker , cap america or One of the different cyclops in mugen They are good bases for Baron zemo
But i think there Is a started version of Baron zemo very well detailed ...but It s incomplete What do you think to complete It?

Well the point using vega is to make zemo look far from captain America because zemo seems to be thinner than cap, so vega definitely is a perfect base.
But yeah will check the old zemo in mugen for it might be in use but will not finish that one since it all has cap base and only needs proper code, which destroys the point of the team project
Cyclops I think would fit the body too, most likely the gloves Will try to see what I can merge

It could be from some character from the Last blade
Specifically of the kagami character but with the handle changed
