Changin Mugen 1.1b Main Window

HI friends, i need hep with this hell window... i´m tryin for few weeks and nothing good, i search on youtube videos forum comunnities on some topics i found how to change and videos around the net too, but i definitely can´t change the Main Menu, VS screen, Select character screen or even options screen with my picture on the mugen. Could someone teach me how to chance it easily? Cause i´m got error all the time.

Open your [MUGEN1.1]\data\mugen.cfg to see this line:
motif = data/mugen1/system.def
And find your data/mugen1/fight.def and open it
Then find all the locations of the *.sff (graphics) and *.snd (sounds) MUGEN files in those two (2) *.def MUGEN files
I think you need to use Fighter Factory 3 to open all the found *.sff (graphics) and *.snd (sounds) MUGEN files
