I felt like sharing this stage idea. Saw that the 'Weapon-H/Batch-H' stage that DM404 & MatreroG made reminded me an awful lot of the environments from 'Dino Crisis 2', as in advanced facilities in ruin... being overrun by vegetation and whatnot.
So tweaked some stuff, and changed what's behind the sliding doors, as well as adding in a little 'Compy', a nod to a scene in the game (where a Compy steals a shiny keycard from the player). Said 'Compy' is actually a Gallimimus from the SNES Jurassic Park game.
Dylan sprite comes from the amazing mugen 'Dino Crisis' fan-game made by armin_iuf.
