Seems like nothing was change but the name.

I love Harambe but this edit didn't really do much....

This saddens me because:
I heavily discourage people to do this;
People pretty much steal other creator's creations wich took alot of time, patience and effort to make, this is an insult to those good hard working creators, this is the main reason why they lose motivation for mugen and quit mugenizing, this hurts me.
I hope this isn't taken too heavily, i just want people (including creators) to realize that this is not okay.

Also, this whole Harambe thing has played itself out already, and in my opinion it needs to just stop.  It's stupid, it was never funny (to me, at least), and someone turning Grodd into Harambe is just....what the hell is his entrance, anyway?  Dragging the little kid in and bashing his head on the stage floor?  

Oh, and the "edited by volzilla" tag should've been "moved to the deleted topics area" instead of "Reason for editing: Moved and edited title". Seriously, you're just going to post any edit, no matter how utterly tasteless it might be?!

Literally just a change of name...
Hope they could at least give credit to cravd and co. for Grodd, 'cause otherwise, it's just a cheap thief.

So they don't give CREDIT to the people who made Grodd, Bison and Ken (no mention of the Ryu that appeared in the trailer, of course) for M.U.G.E.N, just a "shout out". They give more credit to a bunch of soundclouds and a DeviantART page than the people who made the characters they stole.   IDIOTS.  

This....this is unforgivable.  It's lazy, it's stupid, and it never should've been linked to on this or ANY forum.  And I'm not just saying this because I'm sick of hearing about Harambe, I'm saying it because this whole "we changed the name and made a new readme, so it's a new character" thing needs to END.

What I want to say is that, the one who made and uploaded this "Harambe vs. Capcom" should be the one to blame... ....not anybody else like the MUGEN news finder and poster.....

Like, I was once a MUGEN news reporter long time ago in some very old (now dead) MUGEN forums, and I tried to find and post so many MUGEN stuff as MUGEN news....so many that I didn't know the reported MUGEN contents' origin.  So in this Harambe case my guess is that the MUGEN news finder/reporter might not know about Harambe and Gorila Grodd in MUGEN or not at all.  I even didn't download/try all I found, and I just did my MUGEN news reporter job -- to post as many MUGEN finds as possible.  From my little MUGEN research the MUGEN news finder/reporter probably just found this "Harambe vs. Capcom" MUGEN news at another MUGEN forum, as I could tell the news topic post date difference in the first place.

In the end, MMV admin like volzzilla is able to move/change a topic title and content if there is a need to do so.  

By the way, mediafire.com is very hard to deal with if you want them to take down some uploaded files...........I tried once against an upload of a hateful edit of my "Custom Experimental TRF2 Greed Boss" but I failed big time.......
