The back-story of the collector is that he was a huge fan of the headless horseman. ^^ However, I made the headless horseman look much different, and more evil. ^^ It's the headless upper-torso of a man, sewn to a headless horse, and the upper-torso has axe heads for hands, and an eyeball under the straps around his waist. ovo Also, I freakin LOVE the headless horseman, and there aren't enough centaur characters in fighting games.

He also accidentally takes heroic action by decapitating Egance when he's turned into a human, and runs away with the stolen cash prize from the Motorized Mayhem event, in which everyone has to ride in vehicles of their choice, and try to run each-other off of the road, and destroy each-other. ^^ Egance is vulnerable as a human, and needs to remain in shadows when his power shuts down by his father's doing. He decided he would run into the woods, which was a pretty clever hiding spot, until he heard a ting of metal; turned around; and SWICK! Off! With His Head!

I know where that "ting of metal" come from   

He clanged his hands together to make him turn around to see his face. ^^

Also, when trying to decapitate Buck-Dozer, Buck just stood there with his arms crossed, while being violently thrashed by The Collector's axes, and after 3 minutes of clanging and swiping, Buck-Dozer uppercut him in two pieces, then walked away. ^^
