| Hello everyone...Can anyone help me out..if there a way to open .act files..on photo shop..if so can someone help me out..i know how on fighter factory...just need to know on photo shop..do I need a .act extention..plz help..Thank You and God Bless | |

| Act.file is just a file with palette colors, their order and numbers. You can't open it on photoshop, but you can use act. in fighter factory.

| You can see the effect on the char and change it but not open it as a single file. At least for now. | |
