Tarzan by brucewayne74 released; updated 6/08

well in my opinion is a very good release there are alot of cool moves he use urien as a base but there are alot of original moves maybe for the future add some different moves for the basics Attacks but in general is a very good release thanks for sharing

I know,it is too much urien based,but I think Urien was created to be Tarzan

It is a free char, everyone is free to change or improve my char

blue hair?I used blue because it was more easy create palettes, but blue is only a default palette (or a manga version)
in fact he has also a third palette with blond hair(ka-zar inspired), but I want to improve all palettes
also the animals has palette,in fact the third palette has white lion (kimba?),pink panther(?),ecc....

why not long hair? before Lambert 's Tarzan, tarzan had only short hair,in comics,in movies,in cartoons (especially filmation version)
I used most of voices from filmation cartoon, and also nkima appered also on cartoon and on books

the second palette with black hair,is also inspired from filmation cartoon

Very nice char!! In my opinion, the best one of the event so far!

Hahahaha! This was an excellent idea! Great character!

It as a really good character, my only problem is that after I win one round with him he loses all of his quarter circle forward moves, his air normals and his Down+z uppercut. After I win a round I am unable to do these moves. Please fix!

I don't know if anyone else experiances this but on the second round he loses some of his moves...like not being able to do certain punches, kicks, and specials

sorry,i haven t tested it enough,i can fix problems,but I can t work on mugen for the next 2 weeks,but I will update it before the end of June

I found the problems, I made mistakes in coding specials in cmd files, it is easy to fix,but I can t do it before next week

It is very good for you to try to mugenize an interesting Tarzan like that!

I don't know but some young MUGEN people have never seen/heard of Tarzan before so it is a good chance to let them know about Tarzan via MUGEN...

I like the monkey's pineapple throw and Tarzan's liana coming/go away move very much!

Of course all the animal helpers are fitting the "King of the Jungle" theme so cool~

Alright I just took a chance to try to update your awesome Tarzan a bit:
- fixed most MUGEN debug flood messages:
 => i.e. "changed to invalid AnimElem 6 within animation action 12: needed to disable an extra ChangeAnim that
    tries to access non-existing animation action element
 => i.e. "invalid animation action 3007 in Statedef 3007": some main Player's and Helpers' transition
     states had this MUGEN problem
 => i.e. "in state 670 has no parent & DestroySelf called for non-Helper": main Player shouldn't have
      any Parent Trigger redirection and DestroySelf...
- added blue collision boxes to the Rolling special move and made it hit-able by throws only
- fixed Tarzan's head pos and mid pos:
 
- the Eagle animal helper special move consumed some MUGEN Power bar value, while all other animal helpers
 are not doing this, now I disabled that PowerAdd value = -500 in the Eagle animal helper special move
- improved the normal throw: 1) corrected the wrong grab sound; 2) made the thrown victim bind to Tarzan better;
 3) changed some sprite priority for Tarzan and his thrown victim; 4) divided the throw damage into two (2) parts:

- solved the "I don't know if anyone else experiances this but on the second round he loses some of his moves...
 like not being able to do certain puAnches, kicks, and specials" issue by fixing the Var(59) in WIN Statedef 181:
 
- corrected some inconsistency in the ground Hyper Combo hyper move: the hyper move VFX Explod ID = 10001 remained when
 Tarzan's MUGEN Enemy has escaped the said hyper move, while it is not happening in the aerial version:

- enhanced the Lancia hyper move, now it looks and feels a bit more....realistic....:

bruce could you give me permission to edit your char a little to make Kazar from dc comics look the picture
