Nominations: Best Mugen Creation for Winter 2016 (January - March)

Nominate your favorite Mugen creation from January through March 2016. For specific dates, reference January 1 - March 31.


The creations you can nominate are not limited to characters as you can nominate stages, screenpacks, etc. And feel free to group things together as well (for example, JARRO77 updating multiple characters or volzzilla's Marvel 4-stage pack).


You can also nominate as many things as you would like, but for something to become eligible for voting later, a different member must 2nd that nomination. And any party can 2nd as many things as they like to, unless it is something they originally nominated to begin with. Also, feel free to nominate yourself/your creations if you would like.
