Skype is an internet program for chatting, live video communicating, and instant sending ability.
It's widely used for creating among creators.

Would've had it on the fifteenth of this month, but my girlfriend and I needed a program that she didn't know about, and couldn't download at the time due to internet complications. ovo;; But, here's the good news: ^^ We have the program Audacity, and she's going to be on her way over here in about an hour. Since we can't get internet over here on her laptop, I'm going to have to teach her how to create zip files and upload them! Anyone willing to code him will get the voice and sound effects pack! ^___^

Due to lack of a coder, this W.I.P. will be postponed until someone decides they'll help me out. ^^;; Until that time, Jatz will remain in the dark world of incompletion. I would have Chuchoryu code him for me, but I've asked so much of him, he needs a break. ^^;; But, if someone is willing to code him, here's how I would want him to fight...
Six-button combo system.
Air-combo system.
No tag system.
Four specials with three modes of attack.
One hyper.
No helpers.
Guard-Push capability.
One taunt with multiple quotes.
Super armor. (Optional)
One grapple.
Super jump capability. (Optional)
Due to an embarrassing lack of specials, one of his specials must be his crouching strong kick, only sliding forward.
I would also like for him to be grapple-able. I see characters who cannot be grabbed as cheap or boss-type. Jatz is neither.
