Edited Character Releases: Taskmaster (6button) + Fallen One

Can someone help me out with one Fallen One's Specials? There is this one special that is an orb that follows the enemy and I do not know the button combo for it. And the cmd and readme are in weird symbols because they were in a foreign language, I guess, so I can't make out the descriptions for each attack. Does anyone have an idea and tell me how do I execute that attack, please? x)
