Red Hulk beta by andersontavars - Credit to Cristianomelo for some code tweaks and volzzila for ports
Known Issues: - Gun Hyper does too much damage - Need better voice work - Clsn work - Increase velocity speed on both charging specials - Maybe more, but anderson wanted to share with public

this is somewhat more unique than the one from IMT. Hope that this guy will be complete soon with killer effect. Maybe you should include a heat gauge like the damage gauge from bishop. When the gauge increases, the damage of Rulk increase and unlock new specials and hyper!
