Should we stop using 4Shared for hosting?

I notice that if I try to go to links that are hosted on 4shared, that the site takes longer to allow a download. 4shared used to start after 20 seconds, but it waits for 1000 seconds now.  I just wanted to make people aware of this. I think it's a bit ridiculous.  Has this been going on for a while?

I use Mediafire to host my characters, and I'm happy with it.  If you guys have other ideas to share, please do.

Eu observo que, se eu tentar ir para links que estão hospedados no 4shared , que o site leva mais tempo para permitir que um download. 4shared utilizado para iniciar após 20 segundos , mas ele aguarda 1000 segundo agora . Eu só queria fazer as pessoas conscientes disso. Eu acho que é um pouco ridículo . Isso foi acontecendo por um tempo?

Si, Mediafire es una buena opcion , igualmente recomiendo Google Drive y Dropbox, saludos!!

yo this is the last time im using 4share i try to get rocky from kof 2000 and it takes too long to get it lol but its alright soon as i get it im posting it on mediafire

Estoy contento con 4shared, pero no descarto estudiar las posibilidades que recomiendan.

4shared its ok.

4shared is complete garbage, anything you have to wait for or sign up for, using Facebook, or whatever
is crap

i usually host with mediafire, but as i have a section at imt, i can host via the server there, keeps things simple, and link stays the same, if i need to update the file or tweak it, i can, without announcing or re-distributing another link

mediafire also has this capability, just recently so that helps

and don't forget that he delete account and files after the false godamn violation or copyright that doesn't make any fucking sense, i noticed many dead links when i try to download an character, plus i've having an 4shared account before he got down But luckly I made an other account to save my files to that new account, so yeah 4shared sucks ballz.

Oh it has never happened to me as I usually download MMV stuff from 4shared.......might be your web browser(s)?
Well actually I like the auto-download feature after 20 waiting seconds with 4shared........as I come across with some other similar online services in which after a wait time it still asks me to press some buttons again......

I am using OneDrive as my online MUGEN storage for now........nothing wrong happens to me *yet*.............

4shared is fine. Signing up is free, easy (no social media required) and, once you do, you'll never have to worry again. The 1000 second wait is for those with adblockers. Either disable it or open the link in incognito mode (ctrl+shift+n)

No wonder!  I don't use any adblockers that's why I see 20-second wait time every time! 

i never had to worry about logging in for 4shared. i use a cookiekeeper add-on with firefox that keeps that login active all the time.

however, this thing with adblocker they are doing now is pretty annoying.

i downloaded whatever from them today, no changes to my adblocker. it went back to the 20 seconds thing.

btw, Fire link is down....
