i wil just tell you that you your child needs to know you will be there fo him,
so you can always help him.
My nephew has this problem, his father is always doing something in the house and never talk to him, play with him, Watch tv with him, make him do his homework, and now the little guy is acting like he is retarded Sad

is sad to read this, a child is a great responsibility and needs a lot of love and attention, my friend you have to be with your nephew, that child needs attention and if the father dont give that to him. is up to you my friend. be a superhero for him... yes
