Updated Hulk Professor (Master Hulk)

Here the new version of Hulk Professor (aka Master Hulk) with the Thunderclap, the new sprite Big Portrait for Anarchy epoch mugen game, ending mode arcade, etc. Still improvements to be made for a new version that will come in the future.

however:
- shading and detailing issues on a number of sprites
- many animations need to be improved regarding timing
- i could not get any of the custom moves to work
