That new stance is definetly better,he doesnt look like he is trying to hump air now.
However the capes shading does not change at all during the animation which looks incredibly weird

The one thing I would fix though..

For the stance I think he should have his fingers out and pointed up, as he has sharp claws. Give the arms a bouncier movement as well to add to it.
