Hercules major update released

The original alpha of Hercules was released by andersontavars almost 4 yrs ago. Hercules has
been updated many times privately since then, but always towards an end goal to make the
finalized version better for the public.

The copy you now downloaded was originally Beta v2 towards an end goal and was the base that
iron-angelus was using to complete him to that finalized version. However, iron-angelus was
forced to quit working on v1.0 so it was decided to clean up Beta v2 a little for the public.
The thought was that since production hit a wall for the final version, maybe give the public
Beta v2 to tide them over due to it being so long since the original release, character much
better than the original alpha, and who knows when the finalized version will be completed.
Many people contributed to that version, including Arkady (many coding improvements) and
warecus (a few sprites). Beto adjusted the cns numbers, volzzilla cleaned a few sprites and
he was handed off to JARRO77 for code adjustment.

JARRO77 Fix list:

- Fixed Walk Forward
- Fixed Walk Backward
- Fixed special states burn and Electruted
- Major fixes to the CLSN boxes
- Improved many animation to become more fluid and fast
- Add sound for basic punchs and kicks
- Added many other sounds
- Removed Glitchy taunt
- Fixed get hits
- Improved coding on hyper and special hurricane punches

Again, far from complete w/many things to fix, but due to the nature of the WIP now, figured a partially cleaned up beta 2 release would be nice for the public.

I confess that this chars was stopped due to numerous bugs, I appreciate the help of everyone who worked on it.
I'm organizing to update and make more pictures and finalize by the end of the year the Hercules.
