I've been dying for a Quan Chi forever and after waiting still for one to come out of the mugen world I've decided to just do one myself. Ironically there are now Quan Chi's coming from everywhere now LOL  But anyway, here's my version using Kano's template. Fatalities will all come later when there is a solid roster to work with. Enjoy!

| MK4 is an awesome game! Though you may notice that this Quan Chi is almost nothing like it LOL I hope you won't mind  I had to take creative liberties here for this project. | |

I downloaded the character again myself from the link here and he played fine. I also tried it in fighter facory and he worked ok there to. Are you using winmugen? Maybe you should test it in winmugen; maybe 1.0 and 1.1 don't run this character?  | |

How the hell did you manage to make a character win mugen compatible,but not 1.0 compatible? | |
