I had an anti-air attack I was gonna add to Luke but what the hey, nothing wrong with two chars sharing a move:

He reaches upwards and if it connects, he slams them down to the ground.

maybe a move like aquaman deap sea,

he break floor holding p2, then they go to a dark sewer and he perform several attacks there.
and end it with a launcher throwing p2 back to stage

I give you sprite and you add clothes (costume X-Factor or X-force or you can made some new) is like contest.The best sprites will be in final version.
