I was gonna say the same thing, the shading of the clothes doesn't match up with the one of the hands and the head. You might want to add at least 1 level of shading, and darken the whole clothes palette.
And I know of the problem of making a different walking anim and/or make one with characters who have a really specific one who might not fit something else, but your walking anim is really weird. It looks like the character's dancing or something. You should change that (and trust me, I hate doing walking anims, but sometimes you have no choice)
But I wish you the best for what appears to be a Punisher game

FEI I think your doing a good job if you do decide to make a new walk I suggest luke cages walk or tigers but there about the same other then that I think he looks fine and I know you will bring him well into life

Crosspotts finds the solution ...i think you should improved the scully walk and It Will be perfect in his movements

Second Scully Video, it's almost finished. You can see great progress, the base of Raijjin's Deadshot was used, from Doom & O Illusionista, his base was just right for the character, giving him a great cadence of movements, it will soon be finished and will be released, If you liked the video, give me a Like and subscribe for the latest news

I know that gloves on the character are not canon, but... I think it would be a good detail... Doubts on whether or not to separate this part
