ARES screen pack remake (IKEMEN VER)

Screenpack is done. mugen ax or ares however you know it. with this release i do want to say i am leaving the mugen community. doubt it will be permanent but it is indefinite as I've just got a lot going on IRL and dont have much interest in spending my free time doing mugen/ikemen stuff. so this will be my last release for now. I wont be updating this unless it literally doesn't launch out of the box. which it should as i tested and built the thing on a vanilla ikemen .98.2

ALSO, CUSTOM PORTRAITS ARE 100% NOT NEEDED. EVERYTHING IS BUILD WITH THE 9000,0 AND 9000,1 PORTRAITS. EVEN THE LIFEBARS. YOU DONT NEED TO MAKE ANY CUSTOM PORTRAITS WHAT SO EVER FOR YOUR CHARACTERS THE DEFAULT ONES WILL WORK!!!!
