VSelect not work on Windows 10?

Well, I though VSelect was not working because I was using mugen 1.1

But now I just tried run in a Mugen 1.0 EMPTY only with KFM, but happens the same, he loads character data and BOOM... nothing happens it just close -.-'

I tried download from diferent places and use compatibility modes and stuff but cant figure out why it just closes VSelect not work on Windows 10? 1340147569

It's weird for me, Vselect works perfectly.

can you share with me the VSelect.exe that you are using?
