Why not just code mine lol now you don't need to find a base cause I did the hard work he's not in a suit but he's the animated series version

If he's almost done then release him I thought you just started and you can always code mine

Could you help me to know how permission is requested? It would be great to continue my work in a more legal way (so to speak)

Tienes que mandar un correo al creador del char original para poderlo eitar ya que el te dara o no el permiso lamentablemnte tengo un mugen hecho pero no todos los personajes son mios y alguna edicion por parte mia lamentablemente no todos contestan y me recomendaron que al subir o editar el char los metas como creditos dandole el valor que merecen ya que no todos te contestan o ya ni se aceurdan o ya no es el correo del editor entonces mete en tus creditos y agradecimientos el creador del char para que no haya malos entendidos y asi puedas subirlos

Muchas gracias por la información amigo, sabes donde puedo conseguir el correo electronico de Rei o Zvitor? (No eh visto si en su pagina este por algun lado) y en cuanto a los creditos ya estaba conciente de eso y eh estado elaborando una lista con todas las personas involucradas) Saludos y tu proyecto se ve interesante!

Ok, later i will make a new sprite with the edited eye holes and if you like, I could make a headswap to the rest of your sprites to at some point work on this version of the chameleon too
