Shingo by Infinite edited version

All sprites were changed to ones more similar to the CVS style.
Many animations were changed since the new sff was not the same as the original as well as the time some animations and their collision boxes trying to make them as close to the original in the special attacks and supers so as not to modify the code.
The only thing that was modified in the code were some intros and also now the character can dash forward and not just run.
The character, unlike the original version, only has 4 palettes.
