He not have very polished sprites but hope I have achieve a nice gameplay.
I haved to hurry with the release today(with a stupidly strong headache ) so more info might be added later (and a proper readme file)
Notes: * I extracted the voices from the old Mr. Freeze, so I dont know who ripped them. (Please show yourself and take your credits by the awesome work)
* As already is coming a brand new and most faithful Mr. Freeze (s) I will not commit with any update with the art.
* As I already said before, the char is open to spriteswaps or anything else.

Wow we finally have a playable Mr Freeze!!! Thank you! And don’t discourage another Freeze WIP from preventing you to further update this character. There’s a million Ryus and Spider-Man’s out there amongst others... and as time has shown, a lot of WIPs we’d like to download one day are never released and remain YouTube fantasies lol
What’s going on with the hyper with the woman is that suppose to be a clone of Nora or something

Oh man... this is a nightmare for me HAHA Shortly, I'm too lazy to search for all the versions of the same character

Your release is open source which might actually be beneficial in the MMV version being completed if they borrow from you considering that was a WIP for years that just got picked back up
The black dragon one of course is very well made as all his stuff is but that’s 1 of those ones where there’s no telling if it’ll ever be released to the public.
You actually released a DC character we don’t have so thanks again and don’t let the other WIPs stop you if you want to update it

Splendid work! Finally seeing and playing as him is Mugen is fantastic.
Though I'm not familiar of a story of him which he has a female partner, maybe I'm just unupdated.
He's still missing some electrical hit sprite. But overall I'm loving him. Thank you for the release Somm and Happy Halloween to MMV
