edit+AI patch for Lex Luthor and Batgirl

Intended for mid-boss in arcade mode.


* WHAT'S CHANGED

- Fixed floating/nonoperational glitch of Kryptnite Ray
- Speeded blue/green Kryptnite Ray up
- Revised damage balance of special/super moves
- Added damage scaling
- Now Electrified Armor has more hitpause and knocks up the opponent upwards. Instead it can no longer hit lying enemy.
- Decreased exposed frames of Stiletto Blades. And first hit cannot be guarded by stand guard.
- Strong Stiletto Blades knocks up the opponent upwards now.
- Tyrant Finisher has invincibility in its beginning now.
- Exclusive moves can be used in any color now (except Orange Kryptnite Ray.)
- Personal Superhero is Lv.2 hyper now.
- Added recovery roll
- And other minor changes



Batgirl's preview


This patch is based on SSonic's edited/voice patched version of Batgirl.
Works on his version and original version (by THX_1138 and Zvtior) both.
Voice patched version of this char is released at mugen archive. If you prefer that one, please search with the word "Batgirl edited (Voice Update)" there.


* WHAT'S CHANGED

- Rising Kick has invincibility in its beginning now.
- Enabled Batarang can be changed its velocity by pushing different punch buttons
- Swing Kick cannot be guarded by crouch guard now.
- BatBomb has 3 ways of directions correspond to each punch buttons now.
- Batgirl throws more projectiles in Batarang Rush now.
- Hyper Rising can get through under opponent's projectile now.
- Added recovery roll
- and other minor changes.
