Need Help, The Cyclops Of REDHOT Spends 2 Levels For The Special Mega Optic Blast. I wanted to know, how does this special spend only with 1 level and not 2 levels. Thank you for understanding!!!

Search for this block of code in "Cyclops.cns"
Code:
[State 3000, PowerAdd]
type = PowerAdd
trigger1 = AnimElem = 5
value = -1000

And delete it.

Or search for this line and delete it
