Sprite Sheet creator?

i know there is a tool that can create a big sprite sheet just by looking at a folder. hoping someone has it and can create something for me?

I just used this online one to fix a character's palettes yesterday... Don't worry that character will get a update release on Monday yes

I guess I don't have to be secretive about one of the characters that was fixed using this for the event.
That character was Captain Cold

We will find out tomorrow one of the other characters that were fixed using this... and damn it's smokin'
