Steam problem of KOF XIV: The characters are invisible

Hi. I know this isn't the place. But i need your help if one of you have this problem too. I just bought the game and when i try to play in any mode ( story, versus,training etc) all the characters are invisible! I can see their powers like Kyo's flames but the characters are non visible. Can anyone help me?
