My first character is going to be release one day but first I must do some things.
1. I don't have sounds
2. Sprites will be polished If I can
3. Question Remove fringe hair, or leave

He looks very strong and seems to have some really powerful moves!

Hey, what is his MUGEN story?

And how many MUGEN buttons does he make use of?   Is it 2P+2K? 

A small MUGEN feedback :
- his special ground fireball projectiles look a bit too big.......even the collision boxes you make are smaller but still a bit too big by the sight.....
- I can see there are two (2) jumping kicks, but they both knock-off Player2, I think the harder jumping kick shall be used to stun Player2 for the next on-ground combo-ability..........
- the final blast (?) fireball projectile looks cool.......but it is a bit too overpowered (i.e. 1-hit-kill?).....
- his hair style looks fine to me......

Plot
Victor V -( I am not sure which surname should I choose) He is exsoldier, colonel, who was betrayed by his exfriend Snake Marcus. Now he is most wanted by govement. They think he is traitor. He does not have cash so he decided to start fighting in undergrounds rings. Because of that he is slave of big mafia who pay him. He lost also his family.
