| I think he needs more swift moveset, and (IDK) if you've license to use Arkady's Hawkeye for the helper, looks better. I hope you improve Winter Soldier, to look more as himself. Definitely, your skills' development is notorious.
PS: As a suggestion, use the same hyper portrait for all of his hypers (Avengers looks better), to make it look tidier. | |

| If you want since I have gotten better at spriteing faces I could up date those heads when I have time | |
