Tomar-Tu is a member a the Green Lantern corps. He is a tall, well-muscled humanoid alien with reddish-orange skin and a partially bald head. Other distinguishing features include a fish fin running down the center of his head, lupine ears and a bird‘s beak for a mouth.
This is an edit of the character originally released by Iron-Angelus and Emerald-Knight. With the permission of Iron-Angelus I modified it to have all Xundarians Lanterns into one same character.
The character comes with four modes: Green Lantern mode (Tomar Tu), Sinestro Corps mode (Romat Ru), Black Lantern mode (Tomar Re), standard mode (Xundarian Lantern).
The constructs are all avian-like and aquatic-like. Just to avoid having the same lantern char over and over again.
Power does not increase by hitting or being hit, but only by charging the lantern through taunt (
ENTER)
The character has 4 special moves. Although these moves can be initiated with power = 0, the damage is proportional to the power level.

-> avian attack
-> reptilian carge
The character has 4 hyper moves, which can be initiated only with power level >= 1. The damage is proportional to the power level.
-> Lantern Beam (strong for Black Lantern, weak for standard mode)
-> Fear the Manhunter (strong for Sinestro Corps, weak for Black Lantern mode)
-> Bird Storm (strong for standard, weak for Green Lantern mode)
-> Xundarian Knight (strong for Green Lantern, weak for Sinestro Corps)
The character has 1 grab move (

). It takes the head of the opponent and smashes it against an construct wall behind. The more you press
, the more the opponent's head is hit.
The character has 1 throw move (

Each mode has its own intros/endings and slightly different constructs. Hypers are stronger/weaker according to the mode (see above). Finally, modes have several bonuses penalties according to the opponent:
1) Green Lantern mode has power drops against members of Sinestro Corps, and power boost against Blue lantners
2) Sinestro Corps mode has power drops against Blue Lanterns, and power boost against Green Lantners
3) Black Lantern mode has tiny power boost as default, except when facing but Indigo Tribe members which lead to power drop. Furthermore no grabs/throws moves are implemented against Red Lanters.
4) standard mode has no bonuses/penalties
Here the 12 Palettes, three for each mode. Three of them are adapted by Yolomate's palettes for the previous version of the char.
