As for me, she is the best Catwoman ever. Sure, she looks like a porn star... But almost all female characters in comics are looks this way. Besides, sprite work is very fluid, totally awesome. And, of course, her gameplay deserve an attention. I will also vote for her with Abyss.

This Catwoman made me come back to collect for mugen after so many years when I used DOS, thank you for creating her, great pixel art even if it's just a beta, lovely. Is there any other mugen spriter having this style, releasing consistently buxom chars like Ninjabrl or he's the only one? I hope not.
