| Everything works pretty well. His knee strike could be enhanced with a little velocity in the move to help it connect or start an attack. It could be modified further into Sagat's jumping knee attack but that might be weird for Havok :p
I like his energy attacks a lot, very original looking. | |

| Laser beam hyper was in already I didn't touch his specials or hypers.. just tweaked the jumps, air moves, run, etc.... I wanted to work on his ground basics but time is against me at the moment... | |
