Cartoon Jax, huh? So was he the fattest kid in school? (Mortal Kombat Defenders of the Realm joke)

- His mid pose in his groin, and his head pos is in his chest.
- His QCF+K move (and bear with me, this is very VERY hard to describe) just looks bizarre. When he collides with the opponent, they get knocked back like they are bounced back by a spongey substance, and it's all so fast and awkward. I almost imagine a cartoony "boing" sound effect coming from the collision.
- The hitboxes are good in some areas, but they are not so good in others. For example, the LK is just far too detailed.
- The sprites are good overall, but the animation is kind of odd. His stance has him bobbing up and down slightly without much movement. The HP animation rubs me the wrong way as well, as he seems to zip forward out of nowhere and deliver and elbow attack. Oh, and he doesn't seem to have a nose.
- LK and crouching MK are unsafe on hit.

I'll let you know what else I can find.

Oh I have never known this is something in existence!  I will need to do so research on this one!

By the way, nice MUGEN release! Oh there is a Training MUGEN character by stupa, that can let you fix the MUGEN character head & mid pos thingy :
