About your guess who chose the base totally wrong, not combined nor a little with the character.

mmm, it has potential, i would use more the black color in her costume,
If you want to try another base i always wanted to turn cassandra from rage of dragons into huntress

i agree with him, that is actually a good base and you can get the open-source sprites very easy. yes
