I think it must be done in explicitly in a custom-made MUGEN motif/screenpack.......and not easy to do I believe..........  stage previews 3803356177

You may want to look at "Mugen Multiverse - Cross generation of fighters" MUGEN motif/screenpack by duracelleur:
