Thanks to my MUGEN friend, Gladiacloud, I got to know that hiro has updated his cool classic NAMCO SUPER HEROES from 2009 to 2016 {[NOT MUGEN] NAMCO SUPER HEROES demo - version NSH1021.EXE (2016/09/18)}:

That NAMCO Ryu cannot be used by the human player, he is the secret boss in the NAMCO SUPER HEROES fighting game.

And I just tried to extract one (1) of his hurricane kick sprites for use in my MUGEN stage release screen shot....

I just figured out a way to play as Ryu in NAMCO SUPER HEROES. Just go to the program folder C:\Program Files (x86)\NSH1021 and rename "Ryu" folder (and every "ryu" filename within the Ryu folder) to a playable character's name (ex Ryupal1.TEX to rickpal1.TEX). He can do every movement, although the effects for the hadoken are not present (might be overlooking something else that needs modifying). Cheers and happy playing.

Thank you, ELECTRO, yet this is just a very simple 3-layer MUGEN stage without many interesting animations, due to the NAMCO SUPER HEROES source game limit.  And I didn't plan to add some custom stuff to that because I am not good at adding some extra interesting enhancement to MUGEN stages like you do so fitting.
