Who will be in the roster of this MvC styled Mega-men? Chars from Mega men x or the classic version?

Mostly the classic series, but some people from other series too.

GREAT! Bass would be a great add, I even had one version of his fusioned mode before, but he only had 4 moves

I checked some of the videos in Laspacho's channel and I gotta say I'm very excited to play the game. Specially since Tengu Man got finished (despite the original creator retiring) and that Quint will be in (and I'm curious about how he will play). I hope X can be added in the first release.

I am highly anticipating this project. It looks awesome. Cant wait.
