Well, finally after a lot of work since October I could end this edit , special thanks to Patrick Succat for letting me use his initial draft of the strong conclude this char.

This is Infinite's El Stingray with the sprites edited it. He is a friend of mine and I hope you atleast credited him or asked him was it cool to do this. He worked really hard on that character. It was the first in his new style
