Shiny Entertainment, developer of Earthworm Jim: DEFUNCT!

Hudson Soft, developer of Bomberman: DEFUNCT!

The companies that made both characters are no longer in business, therefore, there is no-one to buy the rights from to include them. This breaks my heart in several different ways.

Even sadder? Midway is no longer in business, either.

Ready 2 Rumble... And, many other Midway franchises... Gone.

Bomberman actually is now part of Konami, a bad situation given the recent events, but still not impossible.

While this is good news, Nintendo are no longer partnered with Konami, hence the absence of Snake. Bomberman just has no hope. -.-;;

All we can do is dream.
