Only question. Do you think? I dont decide which charsuse to Pilldriver. Sagat from Street fighter or Rozeros's wonderman or Uriel SF3?

Use sagat, coz wonderman isn't that big, plus its an original edit, you'll need either credit or permission urien is a bit overused, sagats a really good build, I used him for my Luke cage, feel free to use that for some animations

I agree with arkady, Sagat combines better with him. I think that is a basis used uriel remaining in mugen.
